(1) If there is a dispute regarding the age of a child working in the establishment, the age as per the date of birth mentioned in the birth registration certificate of such child shall be considered as his actual age.
(2) If a child does not have a birth registration certificate, the age determined by a medical doctor will be considered as his actual age.
